Valentine’s Day has just passed us, but not without giving us a serious LOVE hangover! What with all the flowers and heart shaped balloons and the chocolate (which we sent to ourselves) we were bitten by the love bug, just like the rest of them. Of course, since none of us had dates to really share this special day with (sniff) we decided to indulge in some online dating. No it’s not what you’re thinking; we’re not one of those creeps who pose as hot women in online chat rooms. What I’m talking about is our Valentine Day’s Special game, Speed Dating!

Everybody knows that the Sensex took a nasty beating recently; with many losing their hard earned savings in the crash…Anyway, the market will have its ups and downs, and so will its investors!

Seeing as to how everybody’s getting affected by the stock market these days, we decided to make a game on the same! I mean, the best material you get is not from the recesses of your brain, but from real life events itself! Seeing as to how successful the Great Indian Arranged Marriage was on our site, we have realised that there is immense potential with regards to games with an Indian feel to them. These games work, be it in India or abroad, owing to their exotic nature. These games attract players and spark curiosity about the rituals and customs we in India so take for granted.

It’s a brand new year, the and big news is that nobody wants to work! Most staff members have packed up and gone off on vacation, conveniently leaving us rag pickers to wipe the dirty floors…sigh…On the flip side, there’s a lot of empty space to goof around, which is exactly what we have been doing!

On a serious note, it’s a big year for us at Games2win. Gaming as an entertainment medium has never been bigger, and it can only get better!
